Hywel Davies has been appointed to the SDPA4 Identities Project, part of the
St David's 2 Development Public Art Commission, to make a new, permanent installed
work, to be completed in 2009. St David's2 is a massive new development
of retail space, public amenities, public spaces and residential units in
the centre of Cardiff. The SD2 Partnership comprises Land Securities,
Capitol Shopping Centres and Cardiff City Council.
